Join us October 14 and 15, 2017, for an autumn visit to New Hampshire's seacoast region. In 2017 for the first time our CST Retreat will be held in Dover, New Hampshire at the Comfort Inn and Suites. It is a conveniently located hotel with excellent conference facilities for our event. At the bottom of this page there is a link to their website to learn more. We are looking forward to this year's Retreat and have several new topics for discussion planned as well as our annual opportunity to gather and:

Review: CST concepts, techniques and new theory
Refresh: Hands-on time to refresh and update treatment skills; to give and
receive treatment yourself in supervised sessions with therapists of a similar skill level
Refine: Improve your CST skills and technique
Renew: Reconnect with fellow students and colleagues

New in 2017:
Integrating Basic Lymphatic Manual Technique with Basic Craniosacral Technique:
One of our featured topics at this year's CST Retreat will be integrating basic lymphatic manual technique with basic craniosacral technique. CST Alliance faculty members have been applying this integrative approach in clinic and we're finding amazingly positive results.

CST Self-Treatment Techniques for the Therapist:
Learn basic hand placements for self-treatment to help you stay relaxed and grounded for your patients.

Chi Kung of the Dural Tube:
An energy meditation technique to ground and energize your own craniosacral system.

Each year our Retreat is designed to be different and unique in topics and theory discussed while bringing fresh ideas and inspiration from each new group of students. Attendees are practitioners from hands-on disciplines including but not limited to: LMT, PT, OT, ACC, DDM, DO, MD and come from local, state, national and international practices, all gathering together to meet and share trades.

Two Days to Rest, Relax and Recharge!
Cranial Dharma Talks at the end of each day to share caseload questions and experiences

The 3rd annual CST Alliance Retreat was by far the best continuing education workshops and hands-on conference I have attended in my 12 years of practicing as an Occupational Therapist. The presenters (Don, Sheryl, Johannah) were professional, knowledgeable, and open to questions and dialogue with participants throughout the weekend. We had ample hands-on time to both give and receive treatments and apply the information presented. My fellow practitioners were of all levels and the mix of experienced and novice therapists was refreshing and inspiring for me as an advanced practitioner of craniosacral therapy. I would not miss this event next fall with the Craniosacral Therapy Alliance.
Many, many thanks,
Carol Y., OT, RYT
