Understanding Craniosacral Technique is a two-day workshop designed to make CST practitioners more successful by focusing on common areas of difficulty and subsequent solutions. This course provides supervised hands-on exercises that will deepen your experiential understanding of common CST techniques. You will gain confidence and skill that will translate into a more successful CST practice by increasing your understanding and quality of application.
The student will learn:
- Common "roadblocks" to success with CST and how to change them.
- Advanced palpation techniques.
- Three-dimensional understanding and release of body tissue.
- Three-dimensional understanding and release of body tissue with multi-therapist application.
- Advanced understanding of when tissue/fascia is engaged and releasing.
- How to educate patients to increase awareness and success.
- Increased skills in the art of presence, neutral and responsiveness with the patient.
- Increased understanding of how bodies release.
- Common "thinking" problems and how to remedy them.
