About the Program - Next Scheduled CP Certification Days: October 28-29, 2017
The certification program here at the CST Alliance is an opportunity for both the candidate and the examiner to honor the hard work and dedication of the candidate in fulfilling the aspirations of their avocation in CST. It is a learning and sharing process in which we assess whether the candidate is skillfully able to discuss CST, teach basic concepts to their clients and the public, and hold space for healing to occur both physically and somato-emotionally within a session and within their community.
Our Goal, Competency and Quality
We want to ensure that each candidate is able to represent our teaching and be able to move the work of CST forward. With each candidate we will honor and respect what you have learned and celebrate the distance you have come on your CST journey.
Only those who currently hold a hands on license to treat people are eligible for the CSTA-CP examination and certification process. Six courses are required: CST Basic Elements 1 through the Craniosacral Therapy Around Death and Dying "CADD" class or equivalents. Each candidate must write a letter detailing why they want to become a certified CST practitioner with the CST Alliance. They will then receive their essay exam and case study format instructions. Candidates are then required to enroll in our two-day Certification class where they gather with other candidates to present topics on CST, and treat each other, as well as the examiner, under supervision. There will also be a 50 question multiple choice test. See descriptions of the six required classes here
The successful candidate will be designated as CSTA-CP (Certified Practitioner), a distinction that allows them to advertise this achievement on their business card, enables them to enjoy discounts at CST Alliance functions, and acknowledges them as being one of the most complete practitioners in the work of Craniosacral Therapy in the world. Each certified practitioner will know they are among the finest and this designation will be from the highest standard credentialing process available.

Become a CSTA-CP certified CST practitioner
I am proud to announce that there are two more wonderful CST practitioners in the world: Gary Keeling, BPE, BSc (PT) of New Brunswick, Canada, and Gina Flores, LMT, from New York City. Both became certified as CSTA-CP Certified Practitioners on April 17, 2016. They will both be moving on to the CST Alliance "Teacher Track." I can attest after our two-day exam process, that they are among the best of the best. We are moving CST forward; making the world a touch better so that there will always be good in the world. In the tradition of my teachers I present two more of the next generation.
